Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 15-day voluntary return policy. In addition, UK customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once cancellation is notified, the item must be returned within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rg090525@hotmail.com. Please note that returns must be approved first. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after contacting us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement or refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Print-on-demand items are made to order and are considered custom products. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for print-on-demand items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personalised or made-to-order items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Sale items may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights. However, gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK Consumer 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a UK customer, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in line with UK consumer law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
